The Advances in Agroecology series focuses on the study of agriculture and agricultural processes from an ecological perspective, which emphasizes interrelationships between living organisms and their environment. The series documents research into the ecological basis of agriculture that maximizes the use of inputs from biological, cultural, and ecological processes while minimizing the use of expensive chemical inputs.
The series is edited by Professor Stephen R.Gliessman and Dr Helda Morales, and was founded by Professor Clive A. Edwards.
